Medi Media Pty LTD is the innovative business venture of Marlize Nel, combining her love and passion for all things medical and healthcare, with marketing. Medi Media addresses a huge gap in the medical industry by assisting medical healthcare professionals to build sustainable brands within their communities, growing their businesses and also help educate patients.
In 2003 Marlize qualified with a BSc Physiotherapy degree from the University of Stellenbosch. During her work in private practice, she developed a deep understanding of the medical field and patient needs. After several years, she decided to pivot her career and explored opportunities in the pharmaceutical marketing industry and clinical science of medicine.
12 Years in the pharmaceutical industry highlighted a significant need to guide medical professionals with their practice marketing and communication within their communities, while staying within the given HPCSA Guidelines.
Driven to make a difference, in 2017, Marlize went on to successfully complete a Social Media Marketing & Management diploma from the University of Cape Town and thereafter embarked on the journey of medical marketing and website development within the optometry sector.
Now, she is ready to partner with you to differentiate your practice from your competitors, by increasing your visibility, establishing a trusted brand in your community, ultimately growing your practice, all while you can still focus on your patient care.
